Some wonderful books came into my home this week! I received 1.4 (I really need to read 0.4, another book that's been waiting for me on my shelf!) and a big package including Life, Above All, Girl about Time (I am SO excited to check this out) as well as Numbers, Stolen (Which I read last year and enjoyed) as well as The Maze Runner. I'd also like to sincerely thank Debbie Hope for sending me a copy of Lunar Regeneration.
I made three swaps this week and received Struck, Goddess Interrupted (I still need to read the first one, but I couldn't resist the cover) and Love & Other Four Letter Words.
I'm giving massive thanks and lots of hugs to the lovely Vickie (Go visit her awesome blog, ComaCalm's Corner) for sending me some really cool book postcards as well as copies of Texas Gothic, Two Way Street and When You Were Mine!
I'm kind of embarrassed to admit it, but I caved in and just had to buy the other two instalments of the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy, Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed - whilst they are really quite bad, they're also very addictive! I ordered Getting the Boot a month or so ago to read when I'm on holiday to Rome as it's set there - so I'll be reviewing that in July. I also received my pre-order paperback of Obsidian, though I'm pretty disappointed with the cover (it's just too green)!
That's everything from this week! I feel bad that I haven't posted much this week, but I've been pretty busy and reading Masquerade for the upcoming Heven and Hell Tour - so sorry for the lack of posts, I promise that I'll be posting more reviews very soon!
Lol I agree about the Obsidian paperback, I was like IT'S TOOO GREEEN! I was expecting Daemon's face to not be so green-ish and much clearer but other than that I still really like the cover!
ReplyDeleteAwesome books you got this week! I want to read Struck and Texas Gothic lol
Thank you for spelling my name right! >.<
ReplyDeleteGreat haul! Can't wait for the reviews, specially, Struck.

I've been wanting to read Texas Gothic for a while now. I'm currently reading Numbers, not really enjoying it though, the use of the word "mate" is making me rip my hair out...

ReplyDeleteWhat a lot of books! I absolutely loved 0.4 when I read it last year so I need to get my hands on 1.4 as well. EVery one seems to give in to Fifty eventually! So far I've not picked them up but it's only a matter of time! :-)
